Hope you saved those 3D glasses for this one. This move will be a hit with your dinosaur fan. This is a story about a dinosaur who must beat all foes to become a hero of Jurassic proportions. Walking with Dinosaurs will make you feel like you are there with this 3D classic. The main plot is about the experience, rather than a hard story line. This movie review for families thinks that this one is appropriate for younger children, except for those that frighten too easily. The action on the screen makes you look like you are a part of it, not just watching it.

The little talking dinosaur trying to be a big dinosaur is absolutely adorable. There is a scary fire scene where the little guy loses family members. It is very sad. The little guy grows up and it is now his turn to protect the herd from vicious predators like T-rex and other carnivores. It is an eat or be eaten type of movie. This movie has scary scenes and violence throughout, and the action brings it up close.

This endearing story packs a real emotional punch, as you can imagine what it was like to be in the action. This movie is not recommended for the very young, as some dinosaurs do get eaten in this movie. If you child is a dinosaur lover, they will love this movie. The artistry in the movie is fantastic. All of the dinosaur depictions in this movie are based on the archeological record and what is known about each of the species. This move is a great kid’s movie for learning about dinosaurs. It is an adorable movie and your child will learn something too. This one is not yet rated, but it is hard to call this one anything more than a PG.

This movie will delight everyone in the entire family. It fascinates the mind and offers a movie experience with and intense impact. Be sure to being along your favorite dinosaur figure, or be prepared to go toy shopping afterwards, because you know that you will. This movie would be a great lead in to those dinosaur stocking suffers just a few days away. This dino delight is a dino-must see for any child who loves dinosaurs on your shopping list.
