Ok, admit it, raise your hands, how many of you loved this classic as a kid? I did. The Lorax is a Dr, Seuss classic that tells the story of a boy who searches for something that will help him to win the girl of his dreams. What the girl wants more than anything is to see a real living tree. The Lorax is a grumpy creature who can help him do just that. This delightful computer animated movie, Dr. Seuss The Lorax, takes you and your children into a fantastical world that resembles another childhood classic that we all remember, Candyland. This family movie review considers Dr. Seuss The Lorax to be a family safe movie for those of all ages.

The Dr. Seuss The Lorax movie has a strong environmental theme. In this techno color world, all of the trees have disappeared. It is about the power of one person to change the world and make a difference. Dr. Seuss The Lorax is a positive and uplifting film that is nothing but plain fun for everyone. It takes the audience in and makes the audience think about what the future might look like as we continue on the path of environmental destruction, although, this family movie replaces Green Peace with the grumpy Lorax. Dr, Seuss is at his best, creating a delightful fantasy world. The Dr. Seuss The Lorax movie asks the audience to dream bigger and to reach for the impossible.

The Dr. Seuss The Lorax movie was rated PG, but other than the fact that it revolves around that first love, it is safe for children of all ages. Those that are too young to get the first teenage love theme will love the Lorax and the world that he lives in. The MPAA rated it as a PG due to the love theme, but this family movie review has to give it a G for äóìGo take the kids and have a Good time.äó
