Shrek is the story of a cartoon orgre that lives in mid-evil times. Shrek lives alone, and prefers it that way, until a bunch of other fairy tale characters are kicked out of their kingdom by the evil Lord Farquaad. To get his solitude back, Shrek makes a deal to save Princess Fiona so she can marry Lord Farquaad. In exchange, Lord Farquaad will give Shrek his land back, thus removing all the other fairy tale characters. Shrek sets off for a journey that will reveal some other secrets and change Shrek’s life forever!
