The royals were exiled including the beautiful 13 year old Princess Kaiulani.

She is sent to England alone for her safety. Her rigorous education created a sense of duty that drives her to bring an end to the suffering by her people. She sets sail for America to meet President Grover Cleveland to prove her people are not savages.
