This biography tells the story of the American icon, Steve Jobs. In this movie, Steve Jobs was played by Ashton Kutcher, with Josh Gad playing Apple Computer partner Steve Wozniak. If you are on the Internet, you already know these two Steves by name. This interesting biographical sketch explores the genius of these two entrepreneurs. The Jobs movie is an excellent movie for the family.
This may be an important movie for your kids to see. It will take them back to a time long ago before smartphones, texting, Game Boy, and the Internet. When Steve and Steve first came up with the idea for the PC, it was met with skepticism. It was argued that no one would want a computer, absolutely no one. It goes without saying that they were wrong, dead wrong. The Personal Computer can be considered the invention that changed the world in the 19th century. The older generation can imagine life without them, but our kids cannot even fathom the idea. That is why they need to see this movie. The Jobs movie has extraordinary historical and social value.
This movie is eye opening and enlightening. The makers took extra pains to get the story right and to portray it as realistically as possible, even using the real childhood home of Steve Jobs and that famous garage. This is a fascinating and eye opening movie. It really makes the audience think about how all of the elements came together to create the world that we live in today. What if Steve Jobs had not been able to convince Steve Wozniak that the PC was an important invention?
In terms of family friendliness, the Jobs movie is a PG-13 due to some drug content and language. The reason for the drug content is that Jobs spent some time immersed in the hippie culture of the 1970s. There were some heated conversations involved in the creation of the PC, but this makes it real. Without the strong language, the movie may have come across as fake. The drug content and language do not detract from the positive theme of the movie, as they were used to demonstrate context. They were necessary to the story, not just thrown in randomly as in some action movies.
The Jobs movie shows how one person’s ideas and passion can change the world. Jobs is a wonderful movie from a historical perspective. It shows how anyone can have an idea and if they have the drive and passion, can make it into a reality. This movie is an excellent choice for preteens and teens. If you take them to the theater, they will have to watch the film because texting is not allowed in most theaters. The Jobs movie tells the story of one of the greatest passions of kids today and will probably be interesting to them. The underlying theme is a positive one in that anyone can come up with an idea and make it go. This is a great movie for kids to take their parents to on a matinee, but the parents will have to do the driving.
