Movie Summary

Four survivors of a mysterious plague of darkness flee the shadows. Detroit is silent, dark and the streets are covered with clothes but no bodies. The four, a movie theater projectionist Paul (John Leguizamo), a television news reporter Luke (Hayden Christensen), a physical therapist Rosemary (Thandie Newton), and a 12 year old James (Jacob Latimore) hide from the unknown in an inner-city bar owned by James' mother. They are safe while the generator keeps the lights on but when the lights go out, they must fight for their lives.
